Zajmarska roklina had been created by a river which comes from Gerava. The river which cross the clough leads into Hnilce river under Mlynky- Biele Vody. The clough is set in south-east part of Gerava. We can find there a system of waterfalls called Nalepkovy vodopady (Nalepek´s waterfalls) in honour of Jan Nalepka a hero from Russian battles during the Second World War. The clough has been open to public since 1963 and in 1980 Zajmarska roklina has been pronounced as the national park.
